OBJECTIVE:
Turnkey plant with a series of machines that do the complete
processing of mango and have the output in the desirable form such as
pulp, juice, puree etc.
OPERATION:
Raw mango from the fields is dumped into the first machine of the plant.
The fruit then passes through a series of processing steps such as washing, inspection, pulping, pasteurizing, mixing etc.
Packaging machinery can be included in order to have the final product in the packed form.
Different machines can be included depending upon the output desired such as pulp, juice, puree etc.
SPECIAL FEATURES:
All the machines will be made out of SS
The plant can be used for processing other fruits and vegetables
such as guava, papaya, tomato etc. with addition of a few machines.
Interconnecting conveyors, elevators etc. will be included to make the plant continuous
