STEAM JACKETED KETTLE
OBJECTIVE:
Used for mixing of ingredients with the pulp of fruit and heating it simultaneously OPERATION:
The product is dumped into the kettle from the previous machine.
The ingredients to be mixed with the product are then added to the kettle.
The kettle is heated with steam that is present in the outer jacket of the kettle.
The stirrer ensures mixing of ingredients with the product
The scrapper attached to the stirrer ensures that the product does
not stick to the wall of the kettle and prevents any charring.
After the operation the stirrer is removed from the kettle using a hydraulically operated arrangement. SPECIAL FEATURES:
The kettle is made entire out of SS
The outer jacket of the kettle is also made out of SS
Teflon scrappers ensure positive scrapping of the inner surface of the kettle.
Hydraulic arrangement is provided to ensure smooth movement of the stirrer assembly
Tilting arrangement ensures easy discharge of the product from the kettle.
Suitable valves, pipelines etc. are included to ensure smooth operation of the machine.
