PEAS PROCESSING PLANT

OBJECTIVE:

Turnkey plant with a series of machines that does the complete processing of green peas and transfers it to the freezing machine (IQF) in the end.

OPERATION:

Green peas from the fields is dumped in the first set of machines in the plant.

The vegetable then undergoes a series of processing steps such as de-podding, washing, blanching, cooling, inspection etc.

The entire operation is continuous with minimal manual intervention.

The product is ultimately transferred to the freezing equipment (not part of supply)

SPECIAL FEATURES:

All the equipment in the plant will be made out of Stainless Steel.

The plant is made continuous and conveyors and elevators are included wherever necessary.

Capacity of the plant ranges from 1 ton to 5 ton of peas grains per hour
